Littloo hopes that our customers never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be ready to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. We believe in fast providing services and keep our customers happy.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are invoiced for shipment.
- Once an order is invoiced and packed, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy
We always strive to provide our customers with the best service and products. However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
- The product was received in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when opened.
- The product or accessories described as “In the Box” were missing.
Important:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- Refunds will be processed within 20–25 days via NEFT/Google Pay/PhonePe/Paytm, etc.
- The buyer will bear the return shipping charges.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
- The buyer may need to bear the shipping charges for exchanges
