Parents can easily make nutritious pasta mealtimes by pairing it with poultry, fish, veggies, or anything they like. It is always crucial to take medical experts' advice to know better what suits your baby and what allergic reactions can prevail. Since pasta contains gluten, you should always check for a gluten-free option if any health issues.

Indeed, pasta is a great basis to start a healthy and nutritious meal. Although you should prefer giving a safer version of it, try eliminating the refined flour/Maida variant of pasta.   1. Indian Vegetable Macroni

A successful experiment of Indian kitchens is vegetable macaroni. All you need to do is cook some macaroni with a pinch of salt and a drop of oil; drain it when done. Next, small-cut some veggies of your choice such as carrots, capsicum, onions, tomatoes, etc. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic, and let it saute a bit until the rawness disappears. Add in the chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, sauces as per choice, and oregano. Toss it all with the boiled macaroni, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve warm.

  1. Cheese Pasta

A classic way to relish pasta. Boil the pasta-drain it-and put it aside. Add a dollop of butter in a pan, followed by finely chopped garlic, and let it cook a bit. Pour in tomato puree, sprinkle a dash of salt and oregano. Once done, add cheese, then pasta, and mix with a light hand. Serve it warm or at normal room temperature to your little love.

How about a nutrient-dense pasta dish? In a pan, add oil, garlic and let it saute. Add avocado, lemon juice, and stir. Let this mixture cool down, and then mince it into a paste. Toss the boiled pasta and avocado mix in a pan with a drop of oil. Adding salt is entirely optional- if it suits your baby's taste buds.
