In a pan, add ghee, saute finely chopped onions, and tomato puree. Sprinkle salt n pepper (according to taste, and more spices are optional). Once done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm.

2.SOYA RICE

Soak some soya chunks in a bowl and set aside. In a pressure cooker, add ghee and chopped vegetables as per your kid's choice or likings—Saute well and toss in mild spices with salt. Let the veggies cook until partially tender. Add soaked soya chunks and rice, mix well and whistle until done. Let the whistle cool down by itself, stir the rice to blend well with the veggies. 3.SOYA CURRY

Begin with soaking soya chunks in hot water, finely chop onions, pureed tomatoes, garlic-ginger paste. In a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, onions, and let them cook until the raw smell vanishes. Pour in tomato puree, salt, turmeric powder, finely chopped green chilies (as per taste). Let it cook nice until the oil separates. Add soybean and water according to the required consistency. Let it boil. Garnish with coriander and serve when cooked well.
