Ingredients Required

  • Garlic Cloves 2-4
  • Large Potatoes sliced
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds

How to Prepare

Take two oven sheets and heat them in the oven to a temperature of 425 degrees F. Take the large potatoes, slice them in thin wedges and toss them in with a dash of extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Sprinkle salt and pepper and add sesame seeds, bake for ten minutes and take them out for plating. Serve this super-delicious recipe to your kids, and guess what- they will eat it all alone.

How to Prepare

In a pan, add butter and let it melt. Add chopped onions and celery- saute well until tender. Add potatoes, saute for a minute, add water and stir until the liquid is near to a boil and potatoes turn a bit soft. Divide the cheese slices into smaller pieces, top it on the soup and let it melt. Take a bowl- mix milk and flour until completely dissolved; pour it into the potato soup. Cook for almost 5 minutes till it turns to a creamy consistency. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
